I started working at Autoland in September 2022 and took steps for this important need I saw. We talked to IBM and a few other IT companies focused on HR management practices. We also had to change the PDKS (Personnel Attendance Control System) structure. Since we have many branches and overtime, it was important for us to make a payroll for all of them. For this reason, we first made this change in the corporate information structure, and then it was time for the HR software. As of October 2022, while focusing on the PDKS change, we also searched for an HR application. As of November 2022, we shook hands with İntesasoft. Our HR application-oriented analysis process and our connection with İntesasoft proceeded in a planned manner. Because we didn’t want to waste time on a critical issue like HR. On our part, we focused on collecting data on a regular basis, which was the main time-consuming work in this investment. We brought all the data together and singularized, checked each one of them, identified the deficiencies and made the necessary arrangements and delivered them to İntesasoft. It has been very important for us to lay this foundation properly.
